The NYC-based startup aims to solve the challenge of talent density in organizations by developing AI superpowers for managers. Windmill's approach focuses on using AI to help managers spend less time on administrative tasks and more time leading their craft.

Zachary Hargreaves has joined The House Fund as Managing Partner. Previously at Founders Fund, Zachary brings his venture capital experience to support early investments in Berkeley startups.

Mark Goldberg, Ethan Kurzweil, and Kristina Shen have launched Chemistry, a new venture capital firm that has raised $350 million for its debut fund. The founding team brings together alumni experience from leading VC firms Index Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and a16z. Chemistry will focus on Seed and Series A startups.
